Reiki 1 is the first step in learning about Reiki energy healing. You will be taught the history of Reiki, what Reiki is about and how to use Reiki.
Reiki 1 you will receive your first set of attunements and learn the hand positions, you will receive a healing, give a healing and your manual to take home and practice.
This workshop is run by Reiki Grand Master Andrew Cook, his lineage is 6th in line from Dr Mikaoi Usui and has been practicing Reiki for 30yrs and uses traditional Usui Reiki.
Reiki Master Melissa James, her lineage is 7th in line from Dr Mikaoi Usui and has been practicing Reiki for 14 yrs and uses traditional Usui Reiki.
